Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and dedication. You will work closely with our senior chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations, manage food preparations, and maintain high standards of hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet our high culinary standards
  • Ensure accurate measurements and portion sizes of ingredients
  • Assist senior chefs in all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
  • Manage food deliveries and stock rotation efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to our strict health and safety protocols
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (MBO degree)
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role as a chef de commis
  • Friendly and welcoming attitude towards guests and colleagues
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and calm under pressure
  • Possess creative spirit and outside-the-box thinking
  • Flexible, motivated, social, and highly organized
