Go-To-Market Strategy Lead Belgium

We are seeking a highly skilled Go-To-Market Strategy Lead to join our team in Belgium. As a key member of our internationalization team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Doctolib in Belgium.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of the Belgian healthcare market, including patients' care pathways, healthcare financial flows, ehealth players, market sizing, trends, legislation, regional associations, decision makers, and subsidies.
- Build a thorough understanding of healthcare professionals' day-to-day activities through interviews, surveys, and field trips, identifying key players and potential partners.
- Conduct a gap analysis between healthcare professional needs and Doctolib's product suite, identifying go-to-market strategies options.
- Contribute to growing Doctolib's user base in Belgium, making it an even larger and more active user base.
- Proven knowledge of the healthcare market in Belgium and a strong willingness to work in the industry.
- 5-8 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a high-growth tech business, startup, consulting firm, or investment firm.
- Fluency in Dutch/Flemish and English (bonus if you also speak French) and based either in Amsterdam or in Brussels.
- Strong entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset, with a passion for developing insights, scoping analysis plans, and providing critical information that drives a dynamic and fast-growing business.
