Go-To-Market Strategy Lead Belgium

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our go-to-market strategy in Belgium. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for understanding the healthcare market in Belgium, assessing the launch of our full product suite, and supporting our internationalization framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Belgium healthcare market, including patients' care pathways, healthcare financial flows, ehealth players, market sizing, trends, legislation, regional associations, decision makers, and subsidies.
- Build a deep understanding of healthcare professionals' day-to-day activities through interviews, surveys, and field trips, identifying key players and potential partners, and building a gap analysis between healthcare professional needs and our product suite.
- Identify go-to-market strategies options and contribute to growing our user base in Belgium.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a high-growth tech business, startup, consulting firm, or investment firm.
- Proven knowledge of the healthcare market in Belgium and a strong willingness to work in the industry.
- Fluency in Dutch/Flemish and English, with a bonus for French.
- Strong entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset, with excellent analytical and project management skills.
