Job Title: Go-To-Market Strategy Lead Belgium

Doctolib, a leading healthcare technology company, is seeking a highly skilled Go-To-Market Strategy Lead to join its team in Belgium. As a key member of the internationalization team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Doctolib's product suite in Belgium.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand the healthcare market in Belgium, including trends, legislation, and key players.
  • Develop a deep understanding of healthcare professionals' needs and pain points through interviews, surveys, and field trips.
  • Identify key partners and potential collaborators to support Doctolib's growth in Belgium.
  • Build a gap analysis between healthcare professional needs and Doctolib's product suite.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to drive user acquisition and retention in Belgium.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.
  • Proven knowledge of the healthcare market in Belgium and a strong willingness to work in the industry.
  • Fluency in Dutch/Flemish and English, with a bonus for proficiency in French.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop insights and drive business growth.
  • Experience in marketing, communication, or brand positioning is a plus.
