Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Client Relationship Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for project managing restructure and transition activity, identifying and documenting client-related risk issues, and proactively working with clients and internal partners to automate manual processes and minimize risk.

You will also be responsible for timely delivery of client invoices and collection of associated fees, as well as identifying and addressing service issues and escalating them in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven proactive client service/Relationship Manager experience with the ability to build strong relationships through trust, credible knowledge, and delivery of solutions and responsiveness;
  • Analytical/problem-solving skills through organisation and time management;
  • The ability to build strong internal and external networks to assist in the timely resolution of client enquiries/issues;
  • Initiative to independently accomplish tasks and make decisions;
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities considering client impact, timeframe complexity, and risk;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English essential.
