About Adyen

Your Role

You'll operate as the first point of contact for Adyen's merchants across the globe, working closely with teams across the company to deliver innovative and ethical solutions. Your work will have a direct impact on our merchants' ability to take payments and grow their business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a key source of knowledge on the Adyen platform and APIs, as well as industry-standard integration methods and best practices.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of merchants, from integration to expansion and operational excellence.
  • Advise merchants on the best implementation practices and address specific issues.

  • You'll have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a customer-centric approach to every interaction.
  • You'll be innovative, have strong problem-solving capabilities, and be able to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly.
  • You'll have affinity with internet technologies and knowledge of technical processes.
  • You'll be self-driven, flexible, and able to maintain high levels of productivity with minimal supervision.
