We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing and Tender Manager to join our EMEA Pricing & Tender Organization within Customer Care. This role is responsible for leading and developing the performance and processes of Tender, Quotes and Contracts management across BeNeLux.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Pricing and Tender team, ensuring high-quality tender and contract submissions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and harmonization.
- Support EMEA Pricing and Tender initiatives, including implementation and change management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, legal counsel, and sales teams.
- Perform personnel management activities, including recruitment, training, and performance appraisal.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including federal and regulatory requirements.
- Several years' experience in public tendering and procurement in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent Dutch, English, and French language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in all three languages.
