About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Consultant to join our team at Kracht Recruitment. As a Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in building and maintaining a network of clients and candidates, and will be responsible for conducting career advice and intake interviews, arranging and conducting meetings with clients, coordinating meetings between clients and candidates, handling contractual and financial processes, and participating in growth initiatives for Kracht.
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Development: Build and maintain a strong network of clients and candidates in the industry, identifying potential opportunities and facilitating connections between them.
- Career Advice and Intake Interviews: Conduct thorough career advice and intake interviews with candidates, assessing their skills and preferences to match them with suitable clients.
- Client and Candidate Management: Arrange and conduct meetings with clients, coordinate meetings between clients and candidates, and handle all contractual and financial processes related to the recruitment process.
- Growth Initiatives: Participate in growth initiatives for Kracht, contributing to the development of new business opportunities and strategies.
Requirements:
- Education: HBO degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 0-5 years of work experience in a commercial role, preferably in the industry.
- Skills: Proactive and resilient mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work well with others.
