Job Title: Business Development Representative

A Business Development Representative at Arrow Electronics is responsible for selling managed services around NetApp to existing and new customers. The role requires a deep understanding of the company's offerings and the ability to identify and close opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with end users and partners
  • Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Understanding end user needs and recommending solutions that meet those needs
  • Presenting the company's offerings to customers, including product demonstrations and presentations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to provide a high-quality customer experience
  • Negotiating and closing contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the technology industry, with a focus on data storage or managed services
  • Good knowledge of NetApp's or similar brand products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel as required to attend customer visits, trade shows, and events
  • Ability to work independently and in an international team environment
