Business Development Manager

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) is a leading provider of innovative IT solutions to the Dutch market. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Arrow ECS Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and identify future leads within business units.
- Drive business activities onsite at resellers, working with different teams and management to support our teams.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales to offer support for quotes, access to portals, playbooks, and other resources.
- Evaluate the portfolio and approach of resellers, helping them improve their pitch and results using vendor sales books and tools.
- Setup education and training programs, custom-made and aligned with commitments and goals.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or business development in the IT sector, with a relevant degree.
- Knowledge of new technology products and solutions, as well as understanding of the Dutch market and global trends.
- Native Dutch speaker with fluent English skills.
