Job Overview

You will provide a warm welcome and smooth arrival and departure experience for our guests as a Luxury Front Desk Ambassador. To add the extra Park Plaza touch, you will build up knowledge of the local area, its amenities, and tourist attractions. You will also empower guests to personalise their stays and upsell hotel facilities and rewards programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive first impression for all guests.
  • Build relationships with guests and offer tailored recommendations for local experiences and amenities.
  • Upsell hotel facilities and rewards programmes to enhance guest stays.
  • Contribute to wider hotel initiatives and identify improved ways of working.
