About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Experience Senior Project Manager to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. As a key member of our Consumer & Culinary experience team, you will play a critical role in delivering relevant and actionable product insights to drive the success of our innovations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team designing and driving sensory research studies to evaluate the overall consumer experience with our products.
  • Develop and implement the Sensory Design strategy to deliver insights that enable our internal stakeholders to make informed decisions.
  • Partner with R&D, Marketing, and Consumer Market Insights to drive our company's short-term and long-term strategies.
  • Contribute to our key categories product/pack strategy by enhancing the value of CX insights and ensuring they are used to develop strong consumer product propositions.
  • Lead CX innovation and renovation projects by providing actionable recommendations based on key findings.
Requirements
  • University degree in Sensory & Consumer Science, Psychology, Anthropology, UX Design, or related fields.
  • Relevant experience in CX Research, including experience in corporate (agency and/or FMCG company).
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in consumer experience research methodologies, including both quantitative and qualitative approaches.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data analysis to actionable insights.
