About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Experience Platform Lead to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. As a key member of our International Growth R&D structure, you will be responsible for providing thought leadership and driving consumer centricity within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead comprehensive research plans across the product and pack consumer experience using sensory and CX tools.
  • Support the R&D category teams in turning research results into actionable insights and meaningful actions.
  • Collaborate with local teams to ensure growth projects meet market needs.
  • Implement CX best practices and lead training programs for R&D, marketing, sales, and plant personnel.
  • Act as a coach and mentor for sensory support staff and junior team members.
Requirements
  • MSc or PhD in Food Science, Physical Science, Social Science, or Market Research.
  • Experience in sensory and consumer testing methodologies, including descriptive analysis, discrimination testing, and consumer research.
  • Strong storytelling skills for effective data presentation and business influence.
  • Deep knowledge of category-specific methodology and serving protocols.
  • Competency with Windows-based software and advanced understanding of basic and multivariate statistics.
