Doelstelling
Heb jij een passie voor sales en de luxe wereld van de jachtindustrie? Als Sales Representative Pro Market krijg je de kans om in een dynamische markt te opereren, waar je niet alleen bestaande klantrelaties onderhoudt, maar ook actief op zoek gaat naar nieuwe mogelijkheden. Jij zorgt ervoor dat ons hoogwaardige productassortiment zijn weg vindt naar jachteigenaren, scheepswerven en industriepartners. Durf jij de uitdaging aan om onze zichtbaarheid in deze markt te vergroten?
Belangrijke verantwoordelijkheden
- Beheer je eigen portefeuille van klanten binnen de jachtindustrie, waarbij je zorgt voor de uitvoering van het verkoopplan.
- Spot nieuwe kansen in de markt, genereer leads en breid de klantenkring verder uit.
- Onderhoud sterke relaties met klanten, zorg voor regelmatige contactmomenten en een uitstekende service om verkoopdoelen te behalen.
- Volg nauwgezet je verkoopresultaten en stuur bij waar nodig om targets te bereiken.
- Werk samen met technische vertegenwoordigers om klanten te informeren en te ondersteunen met productkennis en innovatieve oplossingen.
- Wees het gezicht van AkzoNobel binnen de jachtindustrie en bouw aan langdurige relaties met klanten en belangrijke stakeholders.
Ervaring
- Commerciële ervaring binnen de maritieme sector, bij voorkeur in de jachtindustrie.
- Sterke communicatie- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
- Je kunt goed relaties opbouwen en onderhouden met veeleisende klanten.
- Bewezen trackrecord in het behalen van verkoopdoelstellingen en het genereren van nieuwe business.
- Ervaring met CRM-systemen en het analyseren van verkoopgegevens.
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels.
- Een proactieve, oplossingsgerichte instelling.
