About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Amsterdam. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with our development team to improve our software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via email, phone, and chat
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve complex problems
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and implement software improvements
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of FareHarbor's software and features
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of software development
  • Bilingual: English and Greek
