About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Growth (CXG) Intern to join our CXO team at Heineken. As a CXG Intern, you will play a key role in helping us continuously improve our customer experiences within our E-Business platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of a new communication agenda and knowledge management system for CXO
  • Contribute to improving the CX Knowledge Bank with learnings and experiments results
  • Support experimentation initiatives and content management
  • Structure and share knowledge across the Heineken organization
  • Become the voice of the CXG department
