Internship Opportunity at HEINEKEN Global Procurement

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Global Procurement team as an intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our strategic work and helping our internal customers and stakeholders shape a new way of working.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Global Buyer in shaping and delivering strategies in the HR service categories
  • Map current processes and design future processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Conduct market research and benchmark industry best practices to inform our procurement decisions
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change and develop strategies to mitigate its impact
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to plan projects at a granular level of detail and ensure alignment with overall program plans, objectives, and timelines
  • Develop and implement change management initiatives and activities to support our procurement projects
  • Use various media platforms to create a communication plan to engage our colleagues around the world and ensure we stay connected with the local business
  • Co-own strategic and sourcing projects with key milestones and success metrics
  • Analyze internal data and provide insights to inform our procurement decisions
  • Link data sources to improve data quality and inform our procurement strategies
About the Role:

This internship is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement and people development. You will work closely with our team to support our strategic work and help shape a new way of working. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as market research, process design, and change management.
