About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-minded Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for representing the Renaissance brand to all ambassadors of the hotel and providing exceptional support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for our team members with any HR-related questions and concerns.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new starters, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Support the team in administrative tasks, maintain and update personnel files, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist and organize social activities and meetings, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Assist the recruitment process in Styling & Stewarding departments, screening, interviewing applicants, and developing innovative ideas to attract top talent.

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm, high motivation, and a service-minded approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Human Resources Management.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Ability to work independently, with excellent time management skills and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Proactive nature and hands-on approach.
  • Previous experience in HR or hotel industry.
