Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and digital tools
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify customer needs and provide solutions
  • Develop and maintain knowledge articles and guides to support customer education
  • Work closely with our product team to provide feedback and insights on customer needs

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a technical field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve customer experience
  • Fluency in English and German, with additional languages a plus
