As a Senior Business Analyst at STAFIDE, you will:
- Utilize a systematic methodology to capture essential perspectives of the business unit concerning end-to-end cross-divisional information flow.
- Analyze and design business workflows and enterprise data pertinent to the specific business domain.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the business area, its unique challenges, and strategies to enhance business capabilities.
- Contribute insights to platform teams to steer the enterprise towards an optimal state relevant to the supported business line.
- Collaborate with platforms to devise solution architectures that align with established guidelines and standards while addressing business strategies, capability requirements, processes, information assets, and the operational model of the client’s business area.
- Create business enablement and solution roadmaps, ensuring their accuracy in partnership with account management.
- Engage with the business case team to elucidate business opportunities and provide ongoing input throughout the business case development process.
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent extensive project experience; an M.B.A. is preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in the IT sector.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Thorough understanding of facilitation and change management within organizations.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving technologies and apply them to meet business needs.
- Strong business insight and the ability to build rapport with senior executives.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (GxP) or a similar field.
- Proficient in MS Project and Power BI.
- PMP/Prince certification is advantageous.
- Experience in managing programs and projects effectively.
- Exceptional situational analysis and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with Systems Development Lifecycle Methodology (SDLC).
- Experience implementing solutions in a GxP regulated environment.
- Ability to think creatively in response to situational challenges.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous environments.
- Skillful in leveraging social networks to transcend hierarchical boundaries.
- Ability to manage diverse relationships across various expertise, geographies, and cultures.
- Capable of influencing without direct authority.

- Proficient in leading with ideas and evidence, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
