About the Role

As a Customer Journey Expert, you will contribute to BMG's vision of becoming a top-notch bank providing innovative services and products for multinational corporate clients. In close collaboration with the Product Owner, you will lead and manage end-to-end customer journeys from design to development and implementation, focusing on delivering value to customers through netting and cash pool services.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and develop customer journeys for netting and cash pool services, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize and deliver customer-focused product improvements.
  • Ensure successful propositions are implemented and secured in BMG's operational processes.

Requirements

  • Mastery in customer journey design and product management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to structure complex problems.
  • Experience in process improvements and change management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, with Dutch language skills a plus.
