About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Inventory Control Operator to join our Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining optimal warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and resolving stock-related issues.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement warehouse modeling strategies to minimize walking distances and replenishment frequencies.
  • Analyze and report on departmental KPIs, including inventory turnover and stock levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service complaints and stock discrepancies.
  • Coordinate and execute daily inventory control activities, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with quality guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • MBO III level or relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.
  • Zero mistakes mentality and a continuous improvement attitude.

Working Hours: 06:00 – 14:30 & 14:30 – 23:00
