Voor ons team bij Nordson zijn we op zoek naar een professionele Sales and Application Specialist om onze Top klanten in Frankrijk en de Benelux regio te ondersteunen.

Als Sales and Application Specialist zul je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het onderhouden en ontwikkelen van de samenwerking met onze Top klanten. Je zult ervoor zorgen dat onze klanten tevreden zijn en dat we een hoog niveau van klanttevredenheid behalen.

Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Effectief klanten beheren en een hoog niveau van klanttevredenheid behalen
  • Business strategie ontwikkelen en uitvoeren voor elke Top klant om winstgevende groei te realiseren
  • Audits uitvoeren van Nordson-toepassingen, klanten helpen met instellen en afstellen van toepassingen
  • Waardeverkoop vaardigheden gebruiken om de laatste Nordson-producten aan te bevelen aan de klanten
  • Trainingsscholen geven voor klantpersoneel
  • Alle activiteiten en klantgegevens rapporteren in het CRM-systeem om complete transparantie te garanderen

Je hebt:

  • Sterk verkooptalent en technische kennis om klanten op alle niveaus te communiceren
  • Technische opleiding en ervaring in een industriële omgeving van 5 jaar+
  • Ervaring met 2pc en 3pc spuitapparatuur is een voordeel
  • Capaciteit om zelfstandig te werken met een gestructureerd werkwijze en hoge efficiëntie
  • Teamplayer in een multinationale team
  • Taalvaardigheden: vloeiend Engels en Frans
  • Willingheid om 80% te reizen (typisch 1-4 dagen reizen)
