The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at The Rebyl Nijmegen A Tribute Portfolio. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a diverse team of kitchen and front-of-house employees to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Operational Excellence: Supervise day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation.
  • Customer Service: Ensure high customer satisfaction by consistently delivering exceptional service, handling customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, place orders as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels, and implement improvements to improve overall quality and customer experience.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Drive initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones, and develop strategies to increase revenue and improve customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in restaurant management, with demonstrable experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures, insight into financial aspects, such as budgeting and cost control, and familiarity with current industry trends and best practices.
