Client Onboarding Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Onboarding Coordinator to join our team at Page Personnel.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate records of new business, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. They will also identify potential issues in a timely manner and report to the Finance manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Data Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of client data, identifying any discrepancies or errors.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of new business, including engagement letters and general terms and conditions.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for office colleagues, providing support and guidance as needed.
Additional Tasks:
- Engagement Letter Monitoring: Proactively monitor engagement letters received and general terms and conditions sent.
- Consultation: Consult with partners and PAs on declarations to be made and sent (pro-forma).
- Work Progress Monitoring: Proactively monitor work in progress to ensure timely completion.
Requirements:
- Attention to Detail: The ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail is essential for this role.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills are required to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are necessary to provide support and guidance to colleagues.
