About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Agent to join our Corporate Desk team at Shell Recharge Solutions. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our corporate customers, ensuring their experience with our e-mobility solutions is seamless and personalized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive and professional support to corporate customers via email and phone, ensuring their queries are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure satisfying solutions for our corporate customers.
  • Take ownership of handling incoming requests and questions relating to our products and services.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest solutions to improve our service.

Requirements

  • Operating in a customer-care environment, preferably Business to Business, with experience in providing practical support and advice to customers.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work at pace, under pressure, and in an evolving team environment.
