A challenging and rewarding opportunity awaits an experienced sales professional at Arista Networks in the Netherlands.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager, responsible for selling networking solutions into large enterprise clients based in The Netherlands.
This role requires strong sales experience, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual bookings goals. As an Account Manager, you will be expected to build and manage relationships with key contacts, develop new business opportunities, and grow existing customer revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a native/fluent proficiency in Dutch and English. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, combined with 5-7+ years of sales experience in high-tech industries, preferably in the networking sector, is required.

Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier prospects, partners, and customers to drive revenue growth.
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to acquire new customers and expand market share.
- Participate in marketing program planning, execution, and measurement to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Minimum 5-7+ years of sales experience in high-tech industries, preferably in the networking sector.
- Proven track record of consistent sales achievement, with a strong understanding of Data Center and Cloud technologies.
- Native/fluent proficiency in Dutch and English, with additional language skills a bonus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
