Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team as a Dynamic CRM Implementation Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing CRM solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale projects
  • Defining test plans, scenarios, and test cases
  • Maintaining alignment between client needs and deployed CRM solutions
  • Providing user training and workshops to gather and analyze client requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proficiency in key functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
  • Expertise in functional areas such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
  • A proactive approach to learning and knowledge sharing
  • An excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in an international environment
  • Holding or pursuing MB200, MB210, or MB220 certifications
