Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Front Office team as a Trainee. As a Front Office Trainee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling front desk operations, and assisting with administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry and develop your skills in customer service, communication, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
