About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Ultrasound Account Manager to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers in the OB/GYN and Radiology segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise through sales presentations and product demonstrations to drive business growth and develop new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, focusing on installed base management and acquiring new customers within the OB/GYN and Radiology segments.
  • Develop and execute annual account plans in line with regional strategy, making forecasts and collaborating with channel partners as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies in cooperation with central and marketing teams.
  • Offer OB/GYN and Radiology solutions and work on quotes and tenders for customers.
  • Work closely with sales and application specialist teams to achieve set targets and drive operational excellence.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate business forecasting via lead and opportunity management.
  • Monitor competition and changes in the industry, providing effective feedback to sales and marketing organizations.
  • Drive continuous improvements through Lean initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Clinical background in Ultrasound, Obstetrics/Verloskunde, or Gynecology and/or Radiology.
  • Commercial savvy and eagerness to win.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Team player with ability to work individually.
  • Knowledge/experience in hospital and private practice structures.
  • Bachelor or Master's degree.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
