Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and qualify new business opportunities, aligning with our Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Build strong relationships with sales teams and field marketing to ensure seamless collaboration and maximize sales pipeline potential.
  • Proactively stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and market knowledge to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quarterly goals and contribute to regional sales meetings.
  • Demonstrate in-depth understanding of Tungsten Automation's product portfolio, services, and solutions, as well as its positioning and competitive advantages.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of business development experience or equivalent enterprise field sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and dynamic presence, with a proven track record of success in first call to opportunity creation and progression.
  • Fluency in English, with additional Dutch language skills a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in sales or marketing preferred.
