Je behandelt, onderzoekt en lost klantvragen op een accurate, professionele en tijdige manier op, in het kader van een inbound callcenteromgeving. Kwaliteit leveren binnen een beperkte tijd is wat je drijft. Klanttevredenheid is je belangrijkste doel.
Functie-eisen- Meertalige vereiste combinatie van Nederlands & Engels, met daarnaast Frans en/of Duits; en/of Italiaans
- Ervaring met klantenservice of soortgelijke ervaring van minimaal 1 jaar;
- Middelbare school afgerond;
- Goed in telefoongesprekken voeren, sterke afhandelingsvaardigheid en goede typevaardigheid;
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, grote klantgerichtheid en sterk empathisch vermogen;
- PC-vaardigheden: kennis van MS Office in het bijzonder MS Excel;
- Teamspeler en gevoelig voor culturele bijzonderheden.
- Een flexibele baan in dagdienst van maandag t/m vrijdag (géén nacht- en/of weekenddiensten);
