Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in the Benelux region. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for attracting and signing new companies to drive the growth of HiBob. Your primary focus will be on managing the whole sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, initiate, and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations
  • Perform outbound activities to build revenue pipeline
  • Manage the whole sales cycle, from prospecting through closing
  • Target key decision-makers, determine buying readiness, and timelines
  • Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our Salesforce CRM system
  • Attend trade shows, events, and conferences
  • Network with market influencers, consultants, and partners

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in a SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have:

3+ years of closing experience as an AE in a SaaS environmentDemonstrable software SaaS outbound sales experienceAbility to showcase selling to 5,000 employee, multi-national businesses, regularly closing 6-figure ARR dealsExperience with MEDDIC or other sales methodologyProven experience in accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targetsDesire to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth start-up environmentStrong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeedAdaptability to new initiativesA self-starter who is able to work autonomouslyFluency in Dutch is a must
