Databricks is a leader in the Unified Data Analytics and AI space, driving innovation for its customers. As we expand across Northern Europe, we seek a creative and customer-focused Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in Amsterdam or remotely in the Netherlands. Reporting to our Director of Enterprise Sales, this role will involve managing existing clients and acquiring new ones in the public sector in the Netherlands and Belgium.

The impact you will have:

  • Develop a strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals for your account portfolio.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and build positive relationships with key decision makers.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities within the public sector in the Netherlands and Belgium.
  • Orchestrate internal teams to maximize the impact on your ecosystem.
  • Showcase exceptional value in all engagements to guide successful negotiations.

What we look for:

  • A track record of overachievement against quota.
  • Experience selling complex software deals to public sector clients in the Netherlands and Belgium.
  • Understanding of consumption-based land and expand sales models.
  • Evidence of creating demand that delivered substantial business value.
  • Experience following sales methodologies and process.
  • Ability to build champions and collaborative teams to support the delivery and execution of your territory plan.
  • Experience developing a clear partner strategy and managing it to success.
  • Understanding of how to identify important use cases and buying centers to increase the impact of Databricks within an organization.
  • Fluent English and Dutch language skills are essential.
