Unlock the Power of Data and AI in the Financial Services Sector

Databricks is at the forefront of the Unified Data Analytics and AI space, empowering businesses to gain first mover advantage in today's competitive landscape. We're seeking a creative and delivery-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in the Netherlands and maximize the market opportunity in the financial services sector.

Your Impact:

  • Identify new business opportunities and win new clients in the financial services sector, increasing the usage of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
  • Assess accounts and develop a strategy to engage all buying centers and stakeholders.
  • Use a solution-based approach to selling, demonstrating value to potential new clients.
  • Conclude quick wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles.
  • Track customer details, including use cases, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Own the consumption story with customers, using demand plans to identify viable use cases and maximize Databricks impact.
  • Orchestrate with internal teams to maximize ecosystem impact.
  • Build exceptional value with all engagements to guide successful negotiations and close deals.

What We Look For:

  • A track record of achieving and over-achieving against quota.
  • Experience selling complex software to clients in the financial services sector in the Netherlands.
  • A passion for winning new clients and a hunter mentality.
  • Strong tenure in previous roles.
  • Understanding of consumption-based, land and expand sales models.
  • Evidence of creating demand and delivering substantial value for clients.
  • Experience working with sales methodologies and process, such as account planning, MEDDPICC, and Value Selling.
  • Fluent Dutch and business English required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
