CDD Guidance Design Specialist

As a CDD Guidance Design & Implementation Specialist at ING Netherlands, you will play a key role in ensuring the bank's compliance with global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and align the Global CDD Standards and Guidance with other global stakeholders. This involves leading specific work packages within the CDD Guidance Design & Implementation team, guiding and advising other professionals, and managing expectations, goals, and timelines.
You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement to KYC Standards and Guidance, driving the maintenance, development, and realization of products/services/functionality for end-users on global structural solutions, and applying your experience in marketing, strategic road mapping, and adhering to target audiences in the fast-changing KYC landscape.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of key regulations, such as AML and Sanctions, and their respective effects on the operational landscape of KYC. You will also need thorough knowledge of KYC subject matter expertise in a large multi-national, Wholesale Banking environment, with relevant track record and thorough understanding of the current market, regulatory conditions, and challenges within the financial industry.
Your skills and competencies will include analytical mindset, ability to challenge the status quo and create new opportunities for a risk-based way to meet KYC requirements, presentation and facilitation skills, understanding of the customer life cycle, including understanding of data and systems used in the KYC process, and excellent communication, networking, and influencing skills.
