We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Inside Sales Representative to support our French speaking market in France, Belgium, and Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide assistance to Area Sales Managers in handling quotations and customer orders.
- Offer operational support to clients in both pre-sales and post-sales activities, including order and delivery confirmation, invoicing, and shipping.
- Foster positive customer relationships and identify products based on customer mechanical and process requirements with support from Applications Engineers.
- Generate commercial quotations using defined tools and price lists.
- Communicate technical, operational, and quality requirements to the operations department.
- Initiate requests for new designs as needed in specific workflow software.
- Manage quality and project documentation, including datasheets, spare parts lists, and certificates.
- Bachelor's in mechanical engineering is mandatory.
- Fluency in French and English with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
- Previous experience in Inside Sales is highly advantageous.
- Experience in managing surveys and processing purchase orders is preferred.
- Candidates must be eligible to reside and work in the Netherlands.
- 1 day a week working from home.
- Initial 1 year contract.
- A small and dynamic team in a company that is steadily growing.
