About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Lead IV to join our team at ABN Amro. As a Business Lead IV, you will be responsible for managing the ALM domain within the Finance Grid, overseeing the work of seven DevOps teams, and ensuring the long-term goals of ALM, Finance, and the Bank are clear and supported.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the ALM domain, ensuring alignment with the Finance Grid's goals and objectives
  • Oversee the work of seven DevOps teams, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of ALM metrics and insights
  • Develop and maintain a professional way of working, with clear processes and communication
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including ALM department, 2nd line ALM, ALM Risk modelling, Risk Reporting, and Model Validation
  • Align the ALM domain's work with the Finance & Risk Business Grids (FRBG) data and IT architecture
Requirements
  • 10+ years of work experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of ALM, Finance, and Risk management
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and understand complex matters
  • Proactive posture and constructive challenging mindset
