About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our team at Brenger. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expansion in the Benelux and Germany markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Lead the development of our B2C proposition, identifying new opportunities and markets for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our market presence and create value for all stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
What You'll Achieve
  • Drive significant growth and expansion in the Benelux and Germany markets.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2C proposition, driving new revenue streams and growth opportunities.
  • Establish Brenger as a leader in the clean-tech startup space, leveraging our unique business model and mission.
  • Build a strong network of partners and stakeholders, driving collaboration and growth.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of experience in strategic business or partnership development.
  • Track record of leading strategic deals and managing projects.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders, particularly in large companies.
  • Excellent analytical skills to support strategic decision-making.
  • Strong commercial mindset.
