About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our KYC Operations NL team at Belmont Lavan Ltd.

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for the management and development of a team of KYC professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of KYC professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
  • Collaborate with other teams within KYC Operations NL to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including the Wwft and sanctions legislation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in operational management and coaching of a team in a result-oriented environment.
  • At least 1 year of concrete experience in conducting CDD research in the field of Natural Persons.
  • Knowledge of analysis techniques in relation to assessing transactions, customer activities, and signals.
  • Good command of Dutch language in word and writing.
