Job Title: VP Regional Sales EMEA, Ingredient Solutions

As VP Regional Sales EMEA, Ingredient Solutions, you will play a critical role in driving sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and building strong relationships with strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain top-to-top relationships with key strategic customers, industry influencers, and strategic partners to realize acquisition and retention of customers and improvements in customer satisfaction.
  • Own the financials (budget, forecasts, OPEX), set financial goals, and monitor the execution of the sales plans; take corrective actions when necessary to achieve agreed objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, customer centricity, and supply chain to align on KPIs and shape sales strategies with Group/BU goals and processes for success.
Implement Sales Leadership:
  • Provide leadership, motivation, coaching, and guidance to the EMEA sales leadership team and the sales teams to improve skills and high performance.
  • Support the Sales Team to develop, define, negotiate, and conclude with customers long-term sales contracts, conduct value-added business alliances, and realize their sales objectives and agreed Customer Services Levels (CSL).
  • Develop an organization and way of working that enables the realization of business goals.

What You Bring:
  • The profile to expand the strategic importance of the ISOL Sales EMEA activities.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in a comparable sales leadership position in a B2B environment.
  • University degree in business, nutrition science, or equivalent experience, MBA/EMBA preferred.
  • Experience in leadership of large teams in different cultures with a high level of integrity.
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity and complexity, strong customer centricity, and internal stakeholders' management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the business process, marketing, and sales.
