Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Implementation Specialist to support our project engineers in the Utrecht office. The successful candidate will assist in the testing, configuration, installation, and commissioning of system components for various projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of safety management plans, logistic support plans, compliance requirements matrices, system architecture designs, system design documents, and interface control documents.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of equipment and materials.
  • Prepare site requirements and installation plans, including necessary infrastructural works.
  • Support the transition to operational status.
  • Manage the purchase equipment list and follow up on hardware purchases.
  • Assist in unpacking hardware, assembling cabinets, and packing and shipping materials as needed.
  • Contribute to the creation of system test plans, factory acceptance test procedures, SAT procedures, pre-FAT, FAT, pre-SAT, and SAT activities.
  • Assist in the development of technical manuals, administrator manuals, user manuals, training program plans, and related training presentations.
  • Ensure the proper documentation of safety measures and maintenance procedures.
  • Participate in the creation of as-built documents that accurately reflect the implemented system.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of electrical and communication systems.
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools and documentation practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
