About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst II to join our Global Reference Laboratory product management team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) at IDEXX.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business goals, objectives, and needs to identify opportunities for process improvement and software development.
  • Plan and design business processes to support business activities, software, and systems.
  • Utilize data and systems to resolve business issues in the most effective and productive manner.
  • Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business, organizational, and operational requirements.
  • Assist and lead projects and teams to introduce improvements to our software realization process based on past experiences and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Science, or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
  • 3-5+ years of related professional business analyst experience, or with a combination of software project management experience and/or related software product experience.
  • Ability to translate business process or concepts into technical requirements and vice versa.
  • Solid financial management and analysis skills.
  • Solid project management skills and abilities.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize across multiple initiatives.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
