Your mission:

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in advancing our organization's partner strategy and expansion within the Benelux region. Your responsibilities will include nurturing and enhancing relationships with our partners, uncovering new collaboration opportunities, and collaborating closely with the Partner Account Executive and the Partnership Lead.
This position is perfect for a team-oriented, relationship-driven professional who possesses a comprehensive understanding of partner ecosystems and a successful history in partner account management.

The team:
The partner team plays a vital role in Bold's go-to-market strategy: our team's objective is to become the primary source of new business revenue in the Benelux region. You will integrate into the Benelux go-to-market team while working in tandem with your fellow Partnerships team members.

Your 12-month journey:

In the initial months, you will immerse yourself in understanding all aspects of Bold and our partner programs: familiarize yourself with the product and our technology stack, engage with our Benelux partners, and connect with the teams involved. You will be assigned a partner portfolio, initiating introductions while onboarding your first new partners into the network.

After three months, you will have assumed complete responsibility for the daily partner operations of the partners in your portfolio, possessing in-depth knowledge of the products and programs, as well as the key initiatives on the horizon.

After 12 months, you will have mastered our approach to attracting, managing, and empowering our partners at Bold, significantly impacting the partner business in Benelux. You will have also recruited a diverse array of high-value partners, executed projects to enhance our programs, and collaborated with key internal stakeholders to become an essential part of our go-to-market efforts in Benelux.

What you'll be doing:

Formulate and execute partner growth strategies to drive revenue Cultivate and expand relationships with existing partners Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners that align with our strategic objectives Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of partner-sourced business (leads, deals) Manage partner portfolio pipeline (in conjunction with PAE) Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee partners' success (i.e., providing necessary enablement, education, and support) What you'll bring to the team:3+ years of experience in managing agency partners within a SaaS environmentPrevious experience in the HR Tech sector is advantageous, but not mandatoryThis role is suited for a collaborative, relationship-oriented individual with a profound understanding of partner ecosystems and a demonstrated history in partner account management.Fluency in Dutch & English
