We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and contracting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving the development of the South American market across all segments.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and contract new clients to increase revenue and expand our customer base
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Manage and oversee select local and international accounts and clients
- Handle client communications, create engaging action plans, and host events both at the hotel and during sales missions
- Completed a commercial or hospitality education at HBO level
- Proficient in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
- Confident, creative, and persevering
