Job Purpose & Primary Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Coordinator to join our team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our Key Account clients. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responding to queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and effective responses to client queries and requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with our Customer Administration team to resolve complex issues and escalate cases as necessary.
  • Collaborate with our Sales Teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with sector and internal knowledge development, as well as any changes to SOPs and relevant rules and regulations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance customer service and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of work experience within shipping, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Flexibility and creativity in problem-solving, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and preferably Salesforce.
  • Articulate, clear oral and writing communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • Enthusiastic team worker with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
