We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Key Account Manager to join our team in Zaandam, Netherlands. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to take on a key role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the out of home channel.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and experience in managing national and international customers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies, negotiating agreements with customers, and analyzing data to identify business opportunities.

We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a bonus structure and benefits package that includes a lease car, holidays, and discounts on gym memberships and insurances.

As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results and contribute to our goal of becoming the most valued brand manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth in the out of home channel
  • Negotiate agreements with customers to secure new business opportunities
  • Analyze data to identify business trends and opportunities
  • Manage national and international customers to deliver set customer objectives
  • Contribute to the development of effective promotions and marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Experience in managing national and international customers
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
