Your Mission

You'll transform customers into digital bosses by sharing your knowledge and expertise. Your goal is to help customers make informed decisions, and you'll provide solutions to their shipping-related questions. As a Customer Support specialist, you'll have a supporting and consulting role, ensuring our B2B customer group receives professional help and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via webcare, handling inbound calls, chats, and tickets (via the Zendesk system)
  • Answer questions about software, shipments, and other e-commerce-related topics
  • Collaborate with customers to find solutions and improve their shipping experiences
  • Work proactively to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Has a passion for customer support and a strong desire to help others
  • Is fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Has excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Is proactive and commercially minded
  • Has previous experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce or SaaS
  • Is eager to grow with Sendcloud and is available full-time ( hours/week)
