About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Sendcloud, a leading shipping solution provider, as a Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in empowering businesses with world-class shipping solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transform customers into digital bosses by providing expert knowledge and support
  • Help customers make informed decisions by answering questions about shipments, software, and other related topics
  • Provide professional support to our B2B customer group through various channels, including webcare, inbound calls, chats, and tickets
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement solutions to improve customer experience
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English and a second language (Dutch, Spanish, French, Italian, or German)
  • Previous experience in Customer Support is a plus
  • Knowledge of online products, e-commerce, and/or SaaS is a plus
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a flexible schedule
