Key Responsibilities- Transform customers into digital bosses by providing expert knowledge and support
- Help customers make informed decisions by answering questions about shipments, software, and other related topics
- Provide professional support to our B2B customer group through various channels, including webcare, inbound calls, chats, and tickets
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement solutions to improve customer experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and a second language (Dutch, Spanish, French, Italian, or German)
- Previous experience in Customer Support is a plus
- Knowledge of online products, e-commerce, and/or SaaS is a plus
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a flexible schedule
- A dynamic and international work environment
- A competitive base salary between €3,000 and €4,000 gross per month
- Holidays: 25 days per year on a full-time basis + a free holiday on/around your birthday
