Field-Based Sales Role
We are seeking a Regional Sales Development Executive to develop and manage commercial relationships with retail businesses in the Amsterdam and Utrecht regions. The successful candidate will generate leads through cold acquisition and follow up on assigned leads, onboard, train, and support new agents, and retain and manage existing clients to ensure loyalty and business growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and people skills, with the ability to work independently and spend most of their time outside the office. Previous field sales or outside sales experience is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage commercial relationships with 50-60 retail businesses offering money transfer services.
- Generate leads through cold acquisition (calls, walk-ins, Google Maps) and follow up on assigned leads.
- Onboard, train, and support new agents while providing solutions to challenges.
- Retain and manage existing clients to ensure loyalty and business growth.
- Spend approximately 70-80% of your time in the field, engaging with clients across the region.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch and business-level English.
- Valid work and residence permit for the Netherlands.
- A valid driver's license and own car are required.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and hands-on.
- Strong communication and people skills.
Benefits:
- Base salary: €2,500 - €3,300 per month (depending on experience).
- Uncapped bonus scheme: €500 - €2,000+ per month, based on performance.
- €100 bonus for each new partner that goes live.
- Immediate access to an existing agent network generating commission from day one.
- Bi-annual KPI bonuses: €2,500 in June and €5,000 in December.
- Travel compensation and car allowance around €1,000 per month.
- Company tablet and phone provided.
- Annual training trip abroad to visit the international HQ and meet the wider team.
